EXUBERENT!

Finally...

After endless and endless nights of studying this...

Forced to actually. Sigh.

Long long time ago...

Mr.Roy (aka add maths tutor) had this program. It runs every single year. Each student are required to pair up with 2- 4 peeps in a group. And after that, each individual is assigned to teach a chapter of add maths that had not been taught before.

Me , eva, yeng yeng ( The other yeng yeng, You ask the current yeng yeng she will know who am I talking about XD) and Darshini were assigned to teach CHAP 8-- PROBABILITY DISTRIBUTION to the whole class.

Phew, damning, it is. You know me, my add maths, how I failed with only the mark of 15 at the start of the year zzzzz. Well that time I wasn't myself alright. I was really emo the beginning of the year. Lol

And how I enjoiced after passing my midyear. I am going to get an A2 this percubaan =)

Back to the basics, with much frustration and anxiety, I forced myself to actually BELIEVE in myself. Well, I gotta do it right? I can't back off giving lame excuses saying that I am infected with H1N1 disease. Lameo. I cannot bring down the whole team.

Sigh, thanks to Elaine's group that proceeded to do first, two weeks ago. Learned some tricks from them lololol ( Not stealing k)..

I called and really try to understand as much as possible..

I used two weeks to learn everything. Ish, prob is really confusing!

Thank God I manage to pull it through. 8.1 was okay, but the normal distribution part is a bit confusing. Blame my reference book for such misleading information. Lol.

Example, with the range of P(-0.2<0.4123)> suddenly pop a equal sign underneath =.=.

Confusing. The modulus one made me puke. I cannot sleep right after I knew I cannot figure it out.

And I asked William. He is a UNI student that is studying statistics. But to him it is like SUPER fast. He finished it within mirco seconds. But still he cannot answer my question HAHAHAHAH.
Maybe because we used the MSN method instead of the face-to-face method lol.

Cos actually, there are many unanswered questions about the graph. SPM format easy bitsy la, but at times, it is quite confusing. The signs and everything, and William say he is in the process of DISCOVERING it. Lol.

Asked Brian about 1-P(x=10). Thanks ! But never get the chance to discuss about that particular Q due to the lack of time.

And Ronnie for lecturing me physics for 2 hours. =.=

How can he remember everything without the book????

And he knew almost everything.

From designing to RC to studying to physics to advertisments to templetes.

AND TO MAKE UP!!

Shocking it is, he knew what is a GEL-LINER!

Salute! Shame on girls that don't know. Ish. ish ish.

Back to the story, we had to finish everything within 2 hours. That was really nerve wreaking.

Seriously, because you are chasing after time, you cannot explain everything that time.

Yeng yeng was really nervous, practically facing the whiteboard 24/7. Lol.

Eva was okay, but it was a little bit short.

And it was my turn. Ish, freaking nervous weiii!!

Sigh, so embarrassing. Do I really need to blog about this T.T...

Ok, discussed about some details that Yeng yeng missed earlier. I didn't realize that I talked too fast. Is it? Cos maybe I didn't realize it when I am nervous. Lol.

Lucky thing my mind didn't go blank. My tongue was tied a little =.=

It is fun when you get the hang of talking in front of a crowd.

When I pick on day dreaming people that talked in MY class. muahahah!!

Explained about the probability of a fair coin =.=.

Common sense was void at that time, till i need to take a coin out of purse for DEMO!

When I was erasing the calculations on the blackboard, I really HAD NO IDEA how the duster just happen to fly across the classroom.

No idea, when I was erasing, suddenly, the duster was out of my hand and it flew across the classroom that almost fell on yeng yeng's head. How????

The whole class cracked up. =.=.

And I was giggling like a nuisance with embarrassment. Er.

But anyway, It was a relief that everything had passed =)

I did it! I spoke in front of 30 people! I taught something that I had not been taught by anyone before! And add maths was my worst! And I did it! Yeah yeah!!!

It was awesome. It was all worth it. All the bad dreams, all the phone calls, all the frustrations, all the prayers, all the endless nights.

And most of all, God, that gave me this wonderful experience to speak up, and to actually teach in the class =)

Confidence, was desperately what I needed. But God gave me all that.

THANK YOU!!!

THANK YOU MR.ROY even though your marker pen was one of the worst quality ever seen that dries up every 10 seconds =.=

And for the comment :" You did a great job, but you were really nervous. You speak very fast when you are nervous you know. What is your problem?"

Well at least I knew my weakness and I can be even better in the future!!!

FOR THE TEAM MEMBERS!!

FOR THE HOPELESS REFERENCE BOOK!!

FOR MY DAD THAT FINALLY AGREED TO BUY A 570 CALCULATOR FOR ME!!

FOR BRIAN AND WILLIAM!

And for myself. For believing in myself =)

My mom =)

All smiles =)
